Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

At the moment we offer Shipping with Basic Tracking on all our orders.
Shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the order at the time of checkout.
If there is any mistake on the cost of shipping we will contact you in regards to your order.
For any returns, you will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returned orders by post
We will send the package out again if it is returned to us, after we confirm the address and details with the customer. 
Customer will have to repay for the shipping if the error was a wrong address.

Missing/lost orders

If your order goes missing or is lost in transit, we will replace it.
 

Wrong item in your package
If there's a mistake and we have accidently put the wrong item in your order we will send you out the item in another package. 

Change of mind

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.

This is when the item:
• has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it • is unsafe
• is significantly different from the sample or description
• doesn’t do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed.

Please keep your proof of purchase—e.g. your receipt.
